Apple Care Costs

I have an IPhone X and and IPhone 12 Pro. The listed prices for the apple care on these is $3.99 and $11.99 online. Why did my subscription costs not change with these changes? How do I get my subscription changed to reflect this lower cost? I currently pay 9.99 for apple care on my X and 14.99 for theft plus apple care on my 12 pro.
