How can I restore Calendar settings from a Time Machine backup (not iCloud) I recently updated my iMac to Ventura and it sent my Calendar events haywire - events that repeat any time from once a month to once a year are now showing as repeating every day. Can I delete ICS files without affecting my calendar? I have numerous ics files in my download folder from downloaded appointments. Can these files be deleted without affecting my calendar information? I want to keep the appointments for historical purposes, but the download folder is cluttered with the old ics files that I would like to purge if they are just taking up space. If you are trying to remove the old Mac calendar events without impacting the new Mac cal. then turn off iCloud or iCloud cal. syncing on your old Mac.
