Weird Bluetooth Device

I noticed that someone else asked this and it’s not my car which is what Apple told the previous person who asked this. What is this weird device that is connected to my phone via Bluetooth that won’t disconnect?? It’s on my husband’s phone as well. Anyone else with this problem??

Force restart the phone and check again.
