MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro keyboard not working (too cold?)

Hello everyone.

Can someone please tell me if they have the same problem as me? I can't find anything like this on the net. I will explain in brief:

Whenever I go out carrying my Mac as soon as I try to use it I find that the keyboard does not work completely. None of the keys give any sign of life. Reading the data sheet, I noticed that the 14 MacBook Pro has an operating temperature ranging from 10 to 35°C. Seeing that the shell was actually slightly cool (let's talk about the fact that I took it with me in the summer in Zurich), I decided to try heating the keyboard with a hair dryer and it actually worked! From then on, the problem recurred again and again. The problem is that the aluminum shell gets really really cold and it did not make it possible for me to use the laptop even in temperatures of about 15°C (autumn in Zurich).

Now. I CANNOT and WILL NOT believe that I paid for a Laptop about 3000CHF and then could not leave the house except together with a hair dryer.
