I phone frozen

I can’t start my phone couldn’t put in the code because some of the number don’t work. Couldn’t reboot it tells me that the iPhone not available for 15 min

Then you have to wait 15 min.

Then try again to unlock your iPhone, follow the steps described in the Apple article:
