From the photos, it looks like you're wanting to use the wall plug adapter from your iPhone's power adapter on your MacBook Pro's power adapter. As long as you're using the Mac's power adapter, you should be able to use the wall plug adapter with your MacBook Pro.
Apple Online Store sells an Apple World Travel Adapter Kit which includes 7 AC adapters that fit different outlets around the world. To take a look at it, click here: Apple World Travel Adapter Kit. It appears that it includes the AC adapter that is needed and also show they are designed to work with iPod, iPhone, iPad and Mac Notebooks. If you wanted to purchase another, here's an option.

Another solution to consider is buying a 2-meter "extension cord" style accessory cord.
Those pictures show the 120 Volt US plug (which does not have a grounding pin or a fuse on the small adapter) but there are local versions for every supported region.
