I accidentally deleted pool swim from my Apple phone. How can I reinstall it?

On your watch, press the crown to get to your apps, choose Workout, and scroll down to "Add Workout."

Apple Watch activities for lap, swimming or pool swim is missing. We did some sort of a reset to the iPhone -I had to renter my Wi-Fi password. Got to the pool with my new Apple Watch 8 had used it a couple of times before for my lap swimming. But the function in activities for lap, swimming or pool swim was gone. I somehow 'LOST' my pool swim workout app on my Apple watch and can no longer find and use it. How do I GET IT BACK? How do I restore certain workout routine that is normally on my apple watch.. I somehow lost my pool swim workout once I selected it yesterday and I use it all the time.
