Why can't I send texts between my iPhone 13 and Android phones? Specifically a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

I have checked that SMS, and MMS are activated on my iPhone. I have followed all the problem-solving tips I can find. For example, the iOS is up-to-date, the cache has been cleared, the latest version of software installed, reset network settings, reset iPhone, removed and reinstalled SIM card, etc, etc, etc.

I cannot send a text with a photo or video to an Android phone. And, Android phones cannot send texts with photos or videos to my iPhone. frustrating. I get a "not delivered" message on the iPhone when sending to an Android phone. The Android phone gets an "invalid destination address" message when sending to my iPhone. Does anyone have any clues? I spent 3 1/2 hours on chat yesterday with my carrier, Verizon, and got nowhere.

UPDATE:

After 3 1/2 hours on chat and 2 hours at the corporate store, I have a resolution. In my case, The Android phone was using an eSIM. It had to be converted to a regular physical SIM card. My iPhone had to be re-activated (twice). And MMS messaging had to be re-activated for both devices. I had a similar issue with my iPad. Same solution. Get rid of eSIM and add a physical SIM. Then re-activate MMS. Now all devices are working. For some reason, the iPhone got deactivated, so I had to go back to the store,m(another 45 minutes) to get that resolved. So far, so good.
