Charge 6.99 per month. Apple says I have no subscription. Cannot speak with a person

Why can you not speak with a person at apple billing to get an issue resolved?

Alternatively, if you're in a region where Apple offers phone support, you can call in at the relevant number to country or region: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
