i am using i phone 11.after updating ios 16.1.2 in my phone i have face sensor(the sensor which off and off the screen lights)problem.for a log moments i can’t reach the display light.after while it’s comeback.i face this problem while i using phone call.please any inform to the apple developer to fix the sensor(software issue)in the update

If you use a case or screen protector, try removing it and find out if the issue continues to happen. If it stops, then you may want to use a different accessory to avoid it going forward. If the issue remains without a case or screen protector, it could indicate a hardware issue.
If that's the case, you can Contact Apple for support and service.

To make sure we're on the same page, are you referring to the proximity sensor that turns the iPhone display off when putting the phone to your ear?
If so, does it not turn the display back on after moving the phone away from your ear? How about when the call ends?
