Video Decoder Issue

Streaming services, YouTube, Apple Music (Videos), all stop being able to play back video after some amount of time. Ably fix seems to be a hard restart and then that is only temporary. This has continued across a recent iPhone upgrade and all the iOS updates.

Once a hard restart occurs, all services will stream again. It was only recently that I tried a music video on Apple Music and saw the “Decoder Busy” message. All other services show “Something Went Wrong, Try Again”. Few have a specific Error Message. Any help would be appreciated.
