How do I deactivate Siri button on my new Apple TV remote?

how do i deactivate that stupid siri button on the side of my new Apple TV remote? it is in a horrible place and constantly gets pushed which takes me directly out of whatever app i am using. by FAR the worst design for a remote. how did this even get past product testing?!?!!?!

There is currently no method to disable specific buttons on the remote.

You could make that a suggestion for Apple for future versions tvOS: Feedback - Apple TV - Apple.
