Why isn’t my apps downloading

I just got a new IPhone 14 Pro Max and I am trying to download apps but it just staying loading what do I do?

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
