Open System Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content. Disable "Speak typing feedback".

Voice? Can you elaborate on that? Perhaps you accidentally turned on voiceover in System Settings->Accessibility.
Open System Settings, click on Accessibility and uncheck the options pertaining to voiceover.
