To add a credit or debit card to the Apple Wallet app on your iOS device, follow these steps:

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the "+" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select "Add Credit or Debit Card" from the options that appear.
Use the camera on your device to scan the card you want to add, or enter the card details manually.
Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your card and add it to your Apple Wallet.
