Dropped my iphone 6 plus and its showing no service now

I Dropped my iphone 6 plus and now its showing no service.It came back to normal for some time but then went back to no service again.I tried Restart,Ejecting the sim and put it back on,put on airplane mode and then back to normal.Is there any other solution available
