I Dropped my iphone 6 plus and now its showing no service.It came back to normal for some time but then went back to no service again.I tried Restart,Ejecting the sim and put it back on,put on airplane mode and then back to normal.Is there any other solution available

You’ve done some good trouble shooting. I’m afraid I cannot add to what you have tried. You can check here to see if your iPhone 6 Plus can be repaired but that phone is pretty old and the cost may not be worth it. I suspect it might be better to buy a new iPhone.
