How can install this on iphone. Its not showing on the app store

If you have an iPad and you purchased a Vivamax subscription there, please do the following on your iPhone:

1. Go to the Appstore of your iPhone;

2. Click your profile;

3. Select “Purchased” and click “My Purchases” then search for Vivamax; and

4. Download Vivamax

Its not available in my region

Hello. I’ve encountered the same. My country/region is set to Philippines but the app store says “it’s not available to your region” when it is clearly stated that Vivamax is available to Ph users. I have paid for the subscription but the app store is not showing the app. Why? Pls resolve

Same problem here.. on the official Vivamax.net website says that Vivamax PH app is available in Philippines,Hong Kong etc.We are Filipinos,we are here in the Philippines.Region is correctly set.. so why we cannot see the official app in App Store?Oh yeah.. I forgot to say we are paying subscribers already.Somebody looks like needs to do his job properly or can look for another job somewhere else I guess.

A subscription through Apple isn’t effective until you download the application, so you must have subscribed through their website. You must request a refund from the provider, not from Apple.

I got the same issue as well, just subscribed for 1 year. I never thought there will be some issues like this. I wish i subscribed for 7 days only if i knew this would happen. Please do refund,
