Creepy wrinkles on my memoji

I saw other people talking about this- my Memoji has creepy lines on its face and then they load away! What should I do? They look like this?

Hi iPhoneuser2023,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your saved Memoji showing lines on their face. We'd like to help.

Which device are you using and which iOS are you running? You can follow these steps to get to the correct version number:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Choose General
  3. Choose About
  4. Check Version

The current version is iOS 16.1.2. f you need to update, we recommend that you try that first:

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly

1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
The Settings app on iPhone showing options to update to iOS 15.7 or iOS 16.

5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

If you're still running into issues, it may be best to contact Apple Support to look into the best next steps. You can start that connect with them here: Contact - Official Apple Support
