How do you force it in to recovery¿?
(Screen not working so I’m trying to update it threw recovery)

If the screen isn't working so you can unlock it, then you can't get it into recovery. You will need to get the screen repaired before you can do anything with that phone.
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to get it repaired.
