Hello kpkapple,
Move to iOS transfers content directly from your Android device to your iPhone, so the content you're missing is unlikely to be in iCloud. With that in mind, since Move to iOS transfers certain content, we want to make sure the content you're missing was expected to be included in the transfer. This information and more can be found in Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
"Here's what gets transferred: contacts, message history, camera photos and videos, photo albums, files and folders, accessibility settings, display settings, web bookmarks, mail accounts, WhatsApp messages and media, and calendars. If they're available on both Google Play and the App Store, some of your free apps will also transfer. After the transfer completes, you can download any free apps that were matched from the App Store."
If the content you're missing is mentioned above, the "If you need help after the transfer" section of the link above provides some additional information that could help if you see missing content after the transfer is complete.
If you're running into a different issue, we recommend making sure that both the Android device and your new iPhone are updated. Update your iPhone or iPad will walk you through updating your iPhone.
Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
- Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
While you'll want attempt the transfer again after making sure both devices are up to date, be sure that both are also close together and not in use while the process completes.
We look forward to hearing the results.
Regards.
