My macbook air will not start up properly and is showing two images continuously, how do I fix it?

I have no idea what to do, also my mouse pad isnt clicking and im not able to move the cursor around, please someone tell me what to do?

Hi,

If you haven't been using Magic Mouse or keyboard, start up in Safe mode then normal boot could solve your issue.
