If the screen isn’t working properly some area

If some areas of the screen are unresponsive then you need a Screen Repair. It is always a hardware failure.

You can however first try a Forced restart

It's unlikely that the original battery of an iPhone X has 100% maximum capacity (health). So do you have an explanation for such an old iPhone having such a perfectly healthy battery?
