Older apple desktop constantly

My older Apple desktop is on a constant repeat of turning off and on. The screen is blank except for the Apple icon which is not the right color. The screen is a light blue. It turns on to that and promptly turns off. Then it turns on again and promptly turns off

Go to > If your Mac doesn't start up all the way - Apple Support

and follow the instructions for the startup screen(s) that you have.

If that does not help, you need to schedule service at your local Authorized Apple Service Provider.

to find service in your area, go to > Find Locations - Apple

or > Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
