Manually update to IOS 16.1.1.

You can't. You can only update to iOS 16.1.2 at this time.

To update your phone, select Settings > General > Software Update. If your phone is eligible for an update, you will be prompted to do so. You can find more information in the link above.

The phone will be updated to iOS 16.1.2 if it is eligible.
