How do I receive No caller ID calls?

Does anyone know how to set phone to receive No Caller ID calls, my doctor uses a No caller ID numbered

Go to Settings/Phone and turn off Silence Unknown Callers.

Unable to receive certain calls My doctor has been trying to call me and left voicemails however I am not getting notifications that they have rung or left a message. I can’t receive calls from no caller ID Silence Unknown Callers is off.. I keep missing calls from the doctors who obviously call from an unknown number. I have turned off silence unknown callers. i've restarted my phone etc. The person who is calling me gets an engaged tone and I get a missed call notification.
