Just bought Logic Pro for a business. I actually need a receipt for reporting - however when I go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com the purchase shows but this phrase "This purchase doesn't have a receipt" is the only thing that pops up. What happened to people needing receipts?! Any ideas how I can get one without having to call???
