Why does my IPhone and watch say it is 11 degrees outside and it is 52 today.I have checked and I have my location set but it is more than 11 degrees.How do I correct this on my devices.Thanks so much for any help

11 degrees Celsius is 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
Open the Weather app on your iPhone, tap the 3 line con at the bottom right of the screen, tap the 3 dots in a circle at the top right of the next screen, tap Fahrenheit.

11 Centigrade is 52 Fahrenheit, so the temperature is correct.
Check your temp units in Settings->General->Language & Region, and also in the Weather App in the (...) menu at the top right corner of the list screen.
