Hello everyone. I have iPhone11 but I cannot use it because I dont speak any other language
except Serbian and it is very important to me to set the phone to Serbian because I am blind person so I listen to my phone and I dont understand if it speaks any other language. Can you help me and tell me how to set iPhone to Serbian so I could use it. Thank you very much for your help.
During original setup the language option is the first thing you set in the very first setup screen.
If the iPhone has already been setup by someone, then you will need to go into Settings->General->Language & Region and set the Language there.
The Siri Voice is not currently available in Serbian however. The option can be found in Settings->Siri & Search->Language.

Go into Settings➜General➜Language & Region and set the Language there.
Apple's VoiceOver feature is available in Russian, Slovak, Croatian, and Slovenian, but not yet Serbian. If that language is the only one you can use, I think you should go back to Android.

To ask Apple to add Serbian, you can use
Serbian is avaialble for the display language only. It is not available for Siri.
You cannot use Android apps on an iPhone.
If the app is not available in the iPhone's App Store, then you cannot use it.
