How can an iPhone be moved to a new or different Apple ID?
1) Device was setup under an existing Apple ID.
2) I'm not interested in renaming the the existing Apple ID.
3) The objective is to move the device to a new or different Apple ID and retain the current settings, data, files, etc. under and without any association to the existing Apple ID.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We see you need help with setting up a new Apple ID on your iPhone SE. First, you'll want to have your new Apple ID created. Use the steps in this article: How to create a new Apple ID
Then, on the iPhone,:
You will have a choice to remove synced information with the old Apple ID when signing out. This will allow you to put new information with your new Apple ID on that iPhone. If you get stuck, or have additional questions, let us know.
