My Apple ID account disabled

When I try to download apps from the App Store a message pops up say my Apple ID and iTunes have been disabled. Why? How do I fit it?

It is usually a billing-related issue. This is primarily a user-to-user support forum; other Apple users like you. You will need to contact Apple Support.
