iMessage log in screen stuck at loading. Is there a solution for this?

When I open iMessages and type in my credentials it starts loading and never ends.

I have Mac mini late 2014 running Monterey, and I had this issue on Big Sur also.

You can see what I'm talking about on the screenshot below.

None of the solutions mentioned in Apple's article helped.

I have stable internet connection.

Everything is up to date.

I hope that there's solution.

Also I reinstalled my system but that didn't help at all.

Thanks in advance.

Hello lazar_23,

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

These steps should help:

Check your internet connection
Make sure that your Mac is connected to the internet. You should be able to load web pages or receive email, for example.
Connect to the internet with your Mac

Check for a service outage
Check for any temporary service outages affecting iMessage or FaceTime.
Apple System Status

Check your Date & Time settings
Make sure that the date, time, and time zone are correct.
Set the date and time on your Mac

Make sure that your software is up to date
Software updates can improve the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac, and might also resolve the issue.
Update macOS on your Mac

More details can be found here: If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? When did you first notice this? What is your exact macOS version? Have you tested on another network? Also, have you tested with another user account?

Cheers!
