My Apple Cash is a negative Balance of -$500 when i haven’t spent this money

I have a negative balance on my Apple Cash which isn’t possible because i just set it up today.

I have looked through my settings and do not have the option to use Apple Cash. I know that I have a positive balance in Apple Cash and would like access to that money I have and iPhone 14 pro max but do not see the Apple Cash option
