Today's Date complication missing after watchOS 9.1 update

I've been using the Modular watch face and the Calendar "Today's Date" complication in my middle area. There must have been a bug in the watchOS 9.1 update because it no longer displays and it is no longer available as an option either. I rebooted my watch and my phone again for good measures.

Please fix! The small date in the top area is too small for me and completely useless. That's why I've been using the Today's Date complication in the middle area. This is extremely frustrating.
