I have recently connected to a new wifi connection. Whenever the iPad is out of the case the new wifi works smoothly, but it slows the connection when the case is put on. Wifi is working well on all other devices and even with case on, my iPad used to work well with previous wifi connections. The case is not a Apple product. Why is it happening with this wifi connection. Please guide.

An iPad case will normally be constructed using radio-transparent materials - such as Leather, DPU, Polycarbonate or other plastics. Metallic materials may block or heavily screen WiFi and other radio signals.
Assuming that the case is manufactured using appropriate materials, if you are having difficulties when the iPad is within a fitted case, perhaps you have a hardware fault that is triggered through pressure; fitted cases can be very tightly fitted.
