Aweek ago I realized my watch is in downtime mode. And all day long. Only thing I can use is look time!! I tried to turned off screen time . Tried reset or Restart. Nothing works! Frustrating now. Any one have idea
Make sure Screen Time is completely off on the iPhone, or t least Downtime is not set.
Turn ON sync across devices.
Then Watch app, general, reset, reset synced data.
If that still doesn’t work, you may need to unpair your Apple Watch, and then pair it again.
