Hi all, I really need help!
My current Mac Mini isn't working and it's the only Mac computer I have... :'( :'(
I just want to view the Apps I've bought on the Mac App Store when my Mac Mini was working fine. How can I see my purchase history?
I have access to an iPad 9th generation and Windows 10 PC and an iPad Mini 3.
Please, help me. :'(

As was said, Mac Apps will not appear anywhere on an iPad even when following those steps. Have you tried it?
The Mac apps appear only on a Mac and on reportaproblem.apple.com if they are recent enough.
For recent purchases, you may be able to see them on https://reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with the Apple ID used on the Mac.
For older purchases, there's no way to see them outside of the Mac unfortunately.

The particular App I bought from the Mac App Store was back in 2015... :(
I just want to know the name of the App so that I can buy the Windows 10 version of it.
I don't have access to a working Mac computer... are you sure I can't use my iPad to check?
When I open iTunes in Windows 10 it only gives me access to music, audiobooks, movies etc but not Apps I've purchased.
I tried opening https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ but it doesn't go back very far for my purchase history... :(
reportaproblem.apple.com only shows recent purchases.
As I said, for older purchases, you can't see Mac purchases outside of the Mac.
And yes iTunes on a Windows PC won't show apps at all.
You'll have to try to remember the name of the App.

I can see here all the purchases from the beginning I have and macOS.
Also from my iPhone & iPad.

On an iPad? Can you actually see Mac purchases on your iPad. I can't. I've tried, and my Mac purchases do not appear on my iPad at all.
Some of my iPad and iPhone apps appear on my Mac however.

Yes, I see my macOS aap on my iPad purchase history list.
I have walked this road:
On your iPhone / iPad you can check /search easily.
Go to -> Settings -> tap your profile -> tap Media and purchases -> View account -> log in.
Scroll to and tap -> Purchase history -> tap the last 90 days.
You will then see a list of 'years' and you can select a year to view.
