You don't.

Depending on the macOS version it is running, iTunes is either built in, or not available at all.

For Macs running macOS 10.14 Mojave or earlier it is part of the operating system.

For Macs running macOS 10.15 Catalina or later, it was replaced with the Music App, Tv App and Finder.

What exactly are you trying to do, and what macOS version is your Mac running?
