Credit balance

My apple credit balance is 0.02cents and i would like you to zero it

Contact Apple Support directly, they will help you clear your balance, click -> Get Support

If you then want to change Country or Region, you must comply with all regulations described here -> Change your Apple ID country or region -> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support (KW)

Hello despo273 ~ If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to lower left hand corner and click on Support and they can zero it for you or:
