Clipboard
Is there a way to have like saved, links, words or sentences on like a clipboard and whenever I’m texting or emailing someone I would just tap and it would send it to them?
iPhone 13, iOS 16

mordechai ~ Yes, there's an easy way to do what you want because iPhone does have a Clipboard which can be accessed from Apple's Shortcuts app:
Below is a screenshot of a very simple example, but you could make it more flexible by adding lists and/or menus in order to choose what to copy to the Clipboard:

Yes – a custom shortcut can be easily created to display the clipboard...

You can also add that shortcut to the Home Screen:

There is no clipboard on the iPhone.
If you want to copy a hyperlink or text, please highlight it first and then click Copy and Paste in Note, Email, Pages etc.
In this case, the term copy to clipboard is used to indicate that what you want to copy (a hyperlink or text) is remembered by the iPhone's memory until you paste it somewhere.
If you've pasted that link somewhere in the past, you won't be able to access it anymore.
The Clipboard does not store any history.

mordechai ~ You can also:
Add a shortcut to the Home Screen on iPhone or iPad
...and/or trigger a shortcut via Back Tap on iPhone:
Settings app > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap > Double Tap > Scroll down to the SHORTCUTS section > Choose Copy To Clipboard (or whatever you've named your custom shortcut.)
