Weird symbol shown on the settings drop-down

I see a wired symbol 3F on the settings drop-down (swipe down on the right side). Nothing happens when I click on it. It show up with location services. See the attached screenshot.

If you are seeing an unknown icon on your iPhone, you can follow basic troubleshooting steps:

Restart your iPhone
