How do i free up space on my iPhone 6s i have almost deleted everything yet no spacr what should i do?

Or backup to a Mac or PC and then restore that backup. Password protect the backup so passwords are saved and restored. Assuming iPhone Storage in Settings shows a lot of space is taken up by System or Other.
