Can't sync Contacts. Contacts is not an option in the list to turn on or off under my MSN account.

Contacts is not listed under my MSN account when I add it to iPhone. My contacts used to always be synced, now there aren't there.

iPhone iPad contacts won’t sync over iCloud Hi, My iPhone contacts don’t sync to my iPad. The iPhone contacts are more up to date. Software on both devices is up to date - IOS 15.6 ( they didn’t sync before this latest upgrade either). Same Apple ID on both. Settings > Name > ICloud > Contacts is toggled on, both devices. I can access iCloud on both devices in other apps, such as files, photos, and storage. When I open contacts on the iPad and swipe down, nothing happens, like it’s not even noticing the swipe. Is this the problem, and what is the fix? Thanks.

iPhone contacts not syncing to iCloud Some contacts don't sync between my iPhone and other devices. I think it's because some contacts are locally on my iPhone in "All Contacts" (when in the contacts app on my iPhone), but not all of those are on my iCloud. How do I push over the locally stored iPhone contacts to iCloud? I am logged into the same iCloud on all my devices. I just can't figure out how to push the locally stored iPhone contacts onto the cloud.
