Help transferring data stuck in 1 minute

1 . If it's been stuck on 1 minutes for more than an hour, go ahead and restart. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

If you can't restart, force restart: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

2 . Turn your device back on.

3 . If your device turns back on and is functional, nothing else is needed. It just got stuck at the last screen. Check for all your data.

4 . If your device does not power on properly, you will likely need to erase your new device, as it got stuck somewhere during the transfer, and some of that data is using your device storage.

5 . Once erased, you can start the transfer over again. Erase iPhone - Apple Support
