Group Texting

Whenever I try send a text to more than one recipient, it always fails to send.

If my wife, IPhone 13, sends a text with me and one other recipient, the other recipient receives the text and I do not.

I have my settings in Message set identical to my wife’s, I have restarted and reset my phone as well.

Something isn’t set right or it’s a factory software glitch?

HELP!!
