Today I updated my phone to iOS 16.2
i tried to go into MyCheckFree.com as I always do but all I come up with is a green screen, not the login page. Same goes for my grandchildren who also updated their phones. My daughter did not update and got and logged into login screen. So I’m assuming it is an update issue?

Simple....the developers at MyCheckFree have not yet updated their site for iOS 16.2. Give it a day or two.
In the future, you will have fewer problems with apps and websites if you wait a few weeks before you update to a new iOS.
When you are on the bleeding edge, you will sometimes get bloody.

I spoke to MyCheckFree. They admitted it was problem on their end and asked me to be patient. They are working on it.
