Words and phrases repeat while using diction.

Below is an example of what happens when I use diction in Grammarly while using Safari. It also happens in Chrome. I would like to learn how to stop the repetition happening so I can focus on writing and not deleting and having my emotions change because I am frustrated. I noticed this also happens on my iPhone when I am dictated in Emerson.
