2019 MacBook Pro Logic board

Has anyone else had their logic board just go? No spills, never dropped. Did start overheating to the point that I bought an external fan, and then one day just stopped turning on. Took to an apple certified dealer and the repair is $800 to replace the whole logic board. I don’t know if it’s even worth it.

Macbook pro 16" 2019 logic board failure I have purchased Macbook pro 16" 2019 model in 2020. logic board has failed 3 times in 3 years. First time was covered under warranty. Second time it was out of pocket and now apple is expecting me to pay again for replacement. 3 times logic board failure in 3 years is a serious issue. I just use MS office and browse for couple of hours on this laptop. It gets heat within no time even if it is idle. This expensive 2019 model is a failed product. Is anyone else with the same model having logic board issue? I can purchase a new laptop instead of paying heft amount to replace logic board. Apples response to me is since they have stopped this model, I have to repair it again and if it fails for the 4th time they will think about alternate. What a joke. Don't they realize 3 times logic board failure in 3 years is a serious issue? This product has to be recalled. Have lost faith in apple. RIP Macbook pro 16" 2019 model. All those who are having this model good luck. If I were you, I wouldn't waste a penny on this product.

Logic board died in MacBook Air M2 TWO years into owning this product the logic board dies. $700 to replace! Seems like a known issue. What a waste of money.

MacBook Pro 2019 16” Logic Board Repair The logic board of my MacBook Pro 2019 16" failed abruptly. There was no liquid or physical damage. Apple suggested to replace it (Part No. UV661-14139 - Logic Board, i9, 2.3GHz, 32GB, 1TB, 5500M 4GB, Universal). Is there a repair shop in Orlando or NYC area that has fixed such issues? Suggestions greatly appreciated.
