Apple watch water damage

I went swimming with my apple watch series 3 and I think it has water damage. I tried following the steps from the previous posts to try and get it to force start but it isn’t turning on or charging. I even called the store that repairs apple products and they said that they don’t do repairs and only replace the watches. Is there anything else I can do?

If you tried all the tips previously given, there is nothing else you can do then to contact apple support to see if they can repair or replace the Watch
