How can install an app that says it is not available in my country
It wont let me download an app and I have already change my region to the united states

You need to have a debit / credit card issued by a bank in US.
You need to have a billing address in US.
If you change Country or Region, you must comply with all regulations described here -> Change your Apple ID country or region -> Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support (KW)
