Apple TV on Spectrum freezes up
I have followed the Modem reboot-router reboot-apple tv reboot 100 times in the last few months. All devices have been updated. I have 400Mbps internet, a NETGEAR r8000 router and updated Apple TV. It freezes while watching Spectrum channels…. I can’t recall the last time Netflix, Disney, Hulu, or Apple TV (app) froze up…. If ever. Usually, I can clear all the running apps or just the spectrum app and the problem is resolved, but often only for 15 minutes or so. I’ve been through the blame game- it’s always someone else’s fault! My question is: does anyone really know what’s happening here?
